Fat Daddio's anodized aluminum spring form pans are the most versatile available. This 3" deep springform allows room for adding fruit or streusel topping while it is still in the pan. The wide pedestal base makes it easier for handling and transporting your cake and also doubles as a cake stand. These PROSERIES pans can be used for any cake batter, but are ideal for cheesecake, upside-down cakes, and streusel-topped cakes. Heats faster and cools quicker preventing overbaking. Will NEVER rust, chip, flake, or peel. Even wall thickness for even heating. Commercial stainless steel buckle. Pedestal base design. 

Anodized Aluminum Bakeware Use: Due to the efficiencies in how our bakeware performs, we suggest you reduce all recipes by 25 degrees. We recommend that you apply a baking release spray or grease and flour each individual pan to ensure the best release.

Washing Instructions: Fat Daddio's bakeware should be hand-washed in warm soapy water and towel dried. Do not use bleach, abrasive soaps, wire brushes, scouring sponges, or other aggressive cleaning tools as they can damage the surface of the bakeware.
